WORKING SHEEPDOG TRIALS
EASTERN END OF MAIN STREET
See 80 of the best Tasmanian working sheep dogs in action. Guided by their handlers,
the dogs encourage a small number of sheep to move in, through and over a number of
typical farm obstacles like ramps, gates and sheep pens, all under the watchful eye of
the judges.
Trials are held every day, with the final six dogs in the running competing for the
title of Agfest Open Sheep Dog Champion.
